Hardik (Kunal Khemu) and Luv (Vir Das) are two dope heads, living with their roommate/friend Bunny (Anand Tiwari). Hardik loses his job and Luv gets dumped by his girlfriend and the two decide to tag along with Bunny to Goa, as an relaxation trip.
In Goa, Luv falls for Luna (Puja Gupta) and she invites the guys for a rave party organized by the Russian mafia, being held on a secluded island. At the party, a new drug, D2RF, is launched. The next morning, the three guys find that the island has been infected by the ‘living dead’, zombies! In order to survive, the three, along with Luna, stay together. Next thing you know, an Russian mafia leader named Boris (Saif Ali Khan), enters and reveals himself as an zombie slayer. Together, they all decide to stick with each other and find a way off the island. They travel through the woods of the island, and they find an abandoned home. Boris tells them he has an important job and leaves. They stay their for the night, but later, have to fight the "living dead", and run away. They find Boris again, and find themselves on the beach. They find the boat from which Hardik, Luv, And Bunny came to the island. There is a zombie on the boat, which they deal with later. On the beach, there is a another horde of zombies, and Bunny runs into a tent. Zombies follow him, and Bunny seemingly dies. The other four leave Bunny, miserable, and find a safe place to find. Hardik's phone rings, and surprisingly, it's Bunny. He explains how another man was in the tent with Bunny and the another man got killed. He also tells, that when he threw (cocaine) on the zombies, they froze. The four locate Bunny on a tower and save him, almost killing the horde. But, Boris is surrounded by zombies, and he told them to leave him. The four are about to leave, when Bunny finds (cocaine) in the bag which Boris was carrying. Bunny throws the bags into the air, and Boris shoots them. The (cocaine) falls on the zombies. They are about to leave, but then they see Nikolai (Boris's partner) as a zombie. Boris is forced to kill him. Hardik lures the zombie off the boat, but doesn't kill her, cause she was the person that had sex with Hardik at the party. They get in the boat and they escape. Whe they reach back to Goa, they see the city totally destroyed, and they ready their weapons.
